Jamaican Carrot Juice Recipe

Ingredients

2lbs Carrots, chopped in 2-inch pieces
4 to 5 cups cold Water
1 Tbsp Vanilla Flavouring
12-oz Sweetened Condensed Milk, or to taste
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, grated

Directions
1. Using a blender, blend the carrots with water in batches
2. Separate juice into a bowl or pitcher using a strainer or cheesecloth
2. Stir in vanilla, sweetened condensed milk and nutmeg
